   Appeal of David and Wendy Littner Thomson for a variance to the conditions set in the February 22, 2012 Board Decision. The applicants would like to increase the hours of operation of her counseling services from Mon., Tues., Thurs., Fri. 10AM to 8PM to Mon., Tues., Wed., Thurs., Sat., Sun. 10AM to 8PM. In addition, the applicants are requesting that the number of visits per week be changed from 12 to “unlimited”. The applicants also would like to include yoga therapy on the premises.

   Appeal of Irene Skelly for a Special Exception and Dimensional Variances to convert the 2nd and 3rd floor apartment located above the barroom into a five-room Boarding/Rooming house. The applicant seeks variances to the following requirements: Minimum lot area: required: 15,000 sq.ft.; proposed 1,694 sq.ft.; Minimum side yard setback required: 15’; proposed: 0’; Minimum density: required 3,000 sq.ft. per rental unit; proposed 338.8 sq.ft. per rental unit.
