It is proposed to demolish three existing structures and construct a new multi-use 7 story building – 1st floor retail, floors 2 through 5 office space and floors 6 and 7 to be apartments totaling 120,000 sq. ft. with 17,300 sq. ft. per floor, retail and office and 15,900 sq. ft. per floor apartments.  Exterior will be masonry, metal siding and glass.
