  1. 310 Taylor Street (Bonn Place Brewing Co)

    2. It is proposed to install sunbrella awnings printed with company signage
    above overhead and main doors.  It is also proposed to replace existing
    windows with aluminum frames and clear glass.  Included in the proposal is
    sidewalk repair and the installation of an ADA compliant entrance ramp.

  2. 626 Evans Street

    3. Roof work was completed as an emergency repair.  Architectural shingles replaced 3-tab asphalt shingles on the damaged section of roof.

    4. It is proposed to demolish the cinder block remains of an unused chimney and
    replace the roof area.
