                 It is proposed to install lighted sign cabinets on the exterior of the building.

         It is proposed to replace the front door and modify the exterior for ADA
Upgrades.

1. 313 E. Third Street (Southside 313 Bar and Grill)

   It is proposed to paint the exterior, install an awning with logo and lighting.
It is also proposed to remove a tent and replace with pergolas on rear patio.

1. 321 E. Third Street(Lehigh Valley Charter School)
                    It is proposed to install signage per plan and to install 3’ and 6’ fence per plan.
2. 826 E Fourth Street (Dynamic Kidz Academy Daycare)
                   It is proposed to install a sign on the front façade.
