        It is proposed to install a new sign on the exterior of the building.

        It is proposed to install signage on the front of the building

      It is proposed to alter the building for ADA compliance.  The HCC will only
review replacement of material from granite to concrete for front stoop.

It is proposed to install murals into the bricked-in windows and install solar   powered floodlights.  The Fine Art Commission will review artwork.  The HCC reviews the lights, installation of the lights and the installation of paint on brick.

It is proposed to paint  artwork on the red brick wall along 3rd Street.  The Fine Art Commission will review artwork.  The HCC reviews the painting of the brick versus installation of the boards orpanels.
