   It is proposed to remove and replace the siding in the rear of the home.

It is proposed to install a lamp post in the front yard, LED lights on the stone wall, an aluminum gutter on the garage.

   It is proposed to remove existing roof slates on the carriage house, make any necessary repairs and install new Ecostar imitation slate with copper flashing.
