It is proposed to install signs:  1. Below current sign on existing pylons;  2.Left of staircase entrance of 61 W. Lehigh; 3. With a rod & chain protruding from 55 West Lehigh.

It is proposed to replace main roof of “Carriage House”.  Remove deteriorated slate.  Install GAF Slateline shingles in antiques slate color – all flashing and edging will be copper. Rebuild chimney.
