Peters, Jr. for Dimensional Variances to construct a two-family dwelling.  The applicant seeks relief from the total lot area:  required:  6,000 sq.ft.; proposed:  5,600 sq.ft., relief of the lot area per dwelling unit:  required:  3,000 sq.ft.; proposed:  2,800 sq.ft. and relief from the minimum lot width:  required:  60’; proposed 40’.

Petraglia for Dimensional Variances to subdivide the property into two lots, the first keeping the existing home and the second to construct a new single family dwelling.  The applicants seeks relief from the minimum lot size:  required:  6,500 sq.ft.; proposed: 6,227.5 sq.ft.; and from the minimum lot width:  required:  60’ proposed 53’.

    Appeal of Dale R. Nauman for an Interpretation whether the existing parcel known as 427 E Macada is an existing, non-conforming lot.  If the lot is determined to be non-conforming, the applicant seeks relief from Article 1323.12.b to allow 427 E. Macada to be sold separately from 435 E. Macada.   In the alternative, the applicants seeks the following Dimensional Variances to sell the lot at 427 E. Macada separately from 435 E. Macada:  Minimum lot area required:  15,000 sq.ft.; proposed:  14,560 sq.ft.; Minimum lot width:  required:  100’; proposed 91’.
