3. STREET VACATION REQUESTS

 

Request by Moravian College to vacate a portion of Durham Street from Main Street to Orchard Street and a portion of Orchard Street from Durham Street to W. Laurel Street.

4. REZONING REQUEST

 

Request by Moravian College to rezone property bordered by Main Street, Durham Street, Orchard Street and W. Laurel Street from RT-High Density Residential to I-Institutional.
