Bethworks Renovations I & II is constructing a pier footer at 422-430 E 3rd Street.  In accordance with Article 1308.01.c of the Zoning Ordinance, the applicant is requesting a modification to the clear sight triangle requirement.

The applicant proposes to construct a 6 story addition with related parking spaces and construct a north parking lot addition.
