It is proposed to remove existing price faces on pylon sign and install new LED price faces. No change in size or location. Non-flashing.

It is proposed to replace 1st floor windows and doors. Replace openings with bronze egress windows, install pressure treated stairs from 3rd to 2nd floor and 2nd floor to street, and install a rear 6 panel door for egress with pressure treated stairs. Stucco existing openings.
