1. 458 Center Street
It is proposed to remove slate and replace with Slateline on rear roof and install copper flashing.

2. 42 E. Church Street
It is proposed to paint the outside woodwork and install a backyard fence.
Owner/Applicant: Jeffrey & Jannette Saeger

3. 424 Center Street
It is proposed to replace 600-700 bricks on the South Wall of the Church’s Sanctuary. Brick color will be matched as closely as possible to original; mortar used will be a lime based mortar equivalent to that used in original construction.

4. 2 W. Market Street
It is proposed to install downspouts for radon mitigation.
