1. 459 Old York Road
It is proposed to install three new outdoor condensing units atop a structural steel platform and change out of an upper hatch door to louvers in association with a new HVAC system, approval of new gutters and downspouts, and to replace a window sash at the water table with a louvered opening and replace hatch door with metal louver.

2. Main and Church Streets / Central Moravian Church
It is proposed to install the official U.S. Department of the Interior National Historic Landmark plaque for Historic Moravian Bethlehem.

It is proposed to re-install the sign for the Moravian Museum of Bethlehem on the south façade of the 1741 Gemeinhaus property.

It is proposed to install the following signs – vinyl lettering on front door, vinyl lettering on front window, “Open” sign, wooden sign in side window and sandwich board on Broad Street.

It is proposed to install free hanging sign on metal bracket with 3 sign lights on building.
