Appeal of Warren Share for Dimensional Variances to establish

which would be the 4th residential unit on the property. Variances

for construction of a new Nitschmann Middle school. The applicant
is requesting variances to the following: side yard setback,

height of fence in a front yard: allowed: 4’; proposed:
8’ – 10’; elimination of two required landscape
islands in the parking lot; maximum size of a sign: permitted:
160 sq. ft. (40 sq. ft. per street frontage); proposed: wall
signs totaling 749 sq. ft. and free standing signs totaling
156 sq. ft; setback from a street right-of-way required: 5’;
proposed: 0’.
