Appeal of Warren Share for Dimensional Variances to establish a residential unit in an existing, detached storage building, which would be the 4th residential unit on the property. Variances requested are as follows: lot area required: 12,000 sq. ft.; proposed: 11,500 sq. ft.. Lot area per dwelling unit required: 4,000 sq. ft.; proposed: 2,875 sq. ft. Rear yard setback required: 20’; proposed: 2’.

Appeal of the Bethlehem Area School District for Variances for construction of a new Nitschmann Middle school. The applicant is requesting variances to the following: side yard setback, required: 20’; proposed 5’ (along 378); maximum height of fence in a front yard: allowed: 4’; proposed: 8’ – 10’; elimination of two required landscape islands in the parking lot; maximum size of a sign: permitted: 160 sq. ft. (40 sq. ft. per street frontage); proposed: wall signs totaling 749 sq. ft. and free standing signs totaling 156 sq. ft; setback from a street right-of-way required: 5’; proposed: 0’.
