1. 530 East 4th Street
It is proposed to change the existing sign on the front of the building and front window along with adding the company name and hours on the front door.
OWNER/APPLICANT: Padro and Lucy Ramos/Donald Smith

2. 226 East 3rd Street
It is proposed to replace windows, add a sliding door, add new color paint and lights under signs. It is also proposed to renovate the façade of the storefront with stucco.
