1. 266 E. Wall Street
It is proposed to replace 13 windows with vinyl replacement windows (grid pattern to match existing windows), replace 2 porch posts with maintenance free material and replace front porch decking with Trex maintenance free decking.

2. 443 High Street
It is proposed to paint the rear section of house, all wood trim and doors throughout exterior of house.

3. 427 North New Street
It is proposed to take down current sign next to stairs in front of the Kemerer Museum on New Street and installing a new sign above the door of the main house of the complex. It is also proposed to attach a matching sign with a black iron bracket to the light standard in the rear of the Kemerer Museum at the West Wall and Nitchmann Streets.
