1. 38 East Wall Street
It is proposed to replace the main slate roof, the rear addition shingle roof, the front porch roof and replace the siding on the rear dormer with GAF 50 year Antique Slate colored Slateline Architectural fiberglass shingles.

2. 55-61 West Lehigh Street
It is proposed to replace the existing sign with a replacement sign with the exact dimensions as the original 44H X 77W by 1” thick, painted on both sides, illuminated by existing light fixture.

It is proposed to add a similar type of trash container screening.

It is proposed to replace damaged 6ft solid dog-ear fence with 3ft spaced, shaped picket fence of pressure-treated pine. Posts topped with 4-sided finials shaped to compliment pickets.
