1. 55 E. Church Street
It is proposed to in the front of the house to replace aluminum gutter with copper half round gutter. Also replacing front door, transom and side windows with alternate.Owner/Applicant: Genevieve and John Marcon

2. 37 E. Church Street
It is proposed to paint shutters and window sills/frames in black paint. Window sill/frames will match the entrance door, dormers and rear house siding.

3. 428 N. New Street
It is proposed to replace brick sidewalk with concrete and brick edging along the Wall St. side of 428 N. New St.

It is proposed to replace existing asphalt shingle roof with GAF Slateline shingle roof and to repaint entryway with a color scheme appropriate with/determined by HARB.

It is proposed to install exterior sign to east-facing façade onto Guetter St.
