1. 569 Main Street
It is proposed to use the sidewalk of the Main Street Commons building for outdoor dining.

2. 500 Main Street
It is proposed to put the same wrought iron tables and chairs for seating on Main and Market Streets that were used last year.

3. 528 North New Street
It is proposed to replace old existing modified windows with new residential type Pella windows installed in the existing openings and to construct a new ADA entrance ramp to the existing New Street front entrance.

4. 425 Center Street
It is proposed to alter the exterior of the Wall Street side of the house by changing the kitchen and butler pantry windows.

6. 458 Main Street
It is proposed to place a 24” wide by 42” high by 26” widest depth sandwich board sign on the outside of the store on the metal basement door near the window.

It is proposed to add a logo on windows/door, main sign above windows and add sconce lighting on beam/posts.
