1. 2003 Mary Street
Appeal of Tara Mahoney for a Dimensional Variance to erect a 6’ high fence in the second front yard of a corner lot. The ordinance only allows 4’ high fences in the front yard. [Article 1318.12]

2. 2041 Fernway Avenue
Appeal of Christopher Kozak for a Dimensional Variance to enclose an existing porch, convert it to living space and construct an addition along the side lot line. A variance is needed for the side setback: required: 8’; proposed: 5’. [Articles 1306.01.a.2]

3. 1625 Sycamore Street
Appeal of Kurt Schreefer for Dimensional Variances to place an 8’X14’ shed in the front yard. A variance is needed to allow the shed in the front yard and to allow the shed to be 5’ from the property line instead of the required 20’ front setback. [Articles 1306.01.a.3 & 1306.03.c]
