Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will have a meeting in

to hear the following appeals.

Prior to the Hearings, the Board will hold their Reorganization Meeting.

1. 817 Shields Street
Appeal of Mary Margaret Vresk for a Dimensional Variance for construction of a porch within the front setback. Required: 25’; proposed: 7.5’. [Article 1306.01.a.2]

2. One West Broad Street
Appeal of Diversified Capital – Bethlehem, LLC for Variances to install a drive-through window not located to the rear or side of the building and to have the drive-through entrance on a principal arterial street and the exit on a collector street in lieu of both on an alley or low-traffic street. The applicants are proposing to construct a bank drive-through, free standing facility, entering on Broad Street and exiting onto New Street. [Articles 1322.s.4 and 1322.s.7]

Appeal of Rosemont Fire Company for a Variance to construct a parking lot for an adjacent non-conforming use (Private Club). The applicants are proposing to increase off-street parking adjacent to their existing building. [Article 1304.02.f]

4. 38 W. Union Boulevard
Appeal of Grist Mill Development Co., LLC from the determination of the Zoning Officer and Enforcement Notice dated November 28, 2011. Applicant challenges the Zoning Officer’s decision that the legal use of the premises to be a single family dwelling, contending that the premises is a two-unit dwelling. [Article 1325.11.b]
