A. (13-005LD) ST. STANISLAUS SOUTH SIDE LOFTS AT HAYES STREET LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – 419-429 HAYES STREET WARD 5, ZONED RT, PLAN DATED JUNE 14, 2013, LAST REVISED JULY 23, 2013. The applicant proposes to remove the existing rectory and replace with a four story, 28 unit multi-family dwelling for artists, (3) 3 bed room, (9) 2 bed room and (16) 1 bed room units with 30 parking spaces on a .66 acre lot. The existing church building is to be retrofitted for two offices, a community room, and art gallery.
