1. 217 Broadway
It is proposed to install 74’ of 5’6” high wooden fencing along the left side of the property

2. 333 Wyandotte Street
It is proposed to reconstruct the west gable.

3. 128 West Fourth Street
It is proposed to install a flat window sign with the stores name, an OPEN/CLOSED message board and an illuminated OPEN sign.

4. 322 East Third Street
It is proposed to have 8 tables and 32 chairs for outdoor dining. This area is not in the City right of way.

5. 11 East Fourth Street
It is proposed to install a 104” by 21.5” sign at the top of the front window. It is also proposed to install vinyl lettering on the front door.

It is proposed to renovate the front façade that was damaged by a car crash in the fall of 2011.
