AGENDA
1. 502 E. Fourth Street
It is proposed to install a 24” x 24” sign on the main
entrance door on the Fillmore Street side of the building. It is
also proposed to install a 30” x 62.5 inch sign placed on
the glass above the Fourth Street entrance.

2. 306 Brodhead Avenue
It is proposed to replace the sign in the front of the building
in the existing light box/frame.

3. 425 Wyandotte Street
1) It is proposed to install a projecting 29” x 36”
sign overhanging the sidewalk with 97” inches clearance to
the ground. This sign will be illuminated by two small black floodlights
matching the abutting business. 2) Also proposed are a 13”
x 13” vinyl sign on the door, 3) a small placard sign that
leans against the front wall, 4) and promotional signage, no larger
than 24” x 36” on the front window that will change
monthly for new art exhibits.

4. 805 E. Fourth Street
It is proposed to replace the existing sign at the front of the
building and keep the existing sign frame.

DISCUSSION ITEM
Lehigh University is working in conjunction with the City of Bethlehem to construct a Chinese pavilion on the South Bethlehem Greenway between Webster and Taylor Streets. The project will be reviewed separately by the Fine Arts Commission.
All applicants MUST appear at the hearing for
their case to be heard.
