1. 401-403-405 E. 4th Street
It is proposed to install a new exterior stairway at the rear of the building and repair/replace trim and cornice at the turret. It is also proposed to install a new window on the 3rd floor.

It is proposed to install one vinyl window and one door sign.

It is proposed to install acrylic individual lettering sign above doorway at front.

It is proposed to replace storefront windows and door.

5. 520-526 E. Fourth Street
It is proposed to replace two (2) existing wall signs at front and one (1) existing wall sign on west side with same size signs, erect one (1) new “hours” sign on door at front, and erect 2 flat signs on porch railing at front and west side of porch.
