It is proposed to install a cut-to-shape sign over the doorway, a 2-sided sign on a scroll bracket, acrylic lettering over the door and banners on the brick pillars in the courtyard.

It is proposed to renovate the front porch including new wooden flooring, steps, columns, railing and newel posts.
