1. 429 N. New Street
It is proposed to remove the paint from the brick exterior on the east, west and north façade, replace window shutters and associated hardware for a uniform look, and paint the trim, windows and rake boards to compliment the historical nature of the building. Gutters and Down spouts are also proposed.

2. 77 W. Broad Street, Unit 19
It is proposed to install a 24” x 12” two-sided hanging sign on the existing bracket.

3. 515 Main Street
It is proposed to repaint the store front and replace the existing windows with folding doors. This plan is similar to the plan that was approved by HARB in 2010 for a former tenant of the building.
