1. 228 E. Market Street
It is proposed to install steel fence and gates.

2. 428 High Street
It is proposed to replace the roof with GAF Slateline shingles.

3. 453 Main Street
It is proposed to replace the existing sign with a new size of the same shape and size.

4. 49 W. Church Street
It is proposed to replace the east, west and south sides of the roof with 50 year Slateline shingles. The existing slate will remain on the front facing Church Street.

5. 81 W. Broad Street
It is proposed to replace the existing awning with a blue awning of the same size and shape. It is also proposed to paint the concrete railing white.

6. 527 First Avenue
It is proposed to renovate the façade including stuccoing the brick walls, chimney and foundation, replacement of windows, replacement of side stairs and landing, replacement of trim and painting.
