1. 79 W. Market Street
It is proposed to remove the existing 2 sided sign and replace it with a much smaller 2 sided sign.

2. 215-217 W. Broad Street
It is proposed to repair and paint trim and masonry similar to existing color and style.

3. 247 E. Market Street
It is proposed to install a 2 story porch on the front and east façade. It is also proposed to renovate the kitchen/family room which will modify the existing window and door locations and styles. Siding will be repaired/replaced as needed.

4. Streetscape Enhancements
It is proposed to install public streetscape improvements beginning at the intersection of Main Street and Market Street, with later phases following with the same template of design and same use of materials throughout the Bethlehem Historic District. Proposed improvements to include items such as paving, bollards, and seating.
