1. 439 Linden Street
It is proposed to remove slate roof and replace with GAF Slateline Grey shingles, install new windows and doors, and paint trim.

It is proposed to renew the COA approved on April 19, 2012 for the parking area in the rear of the dwelling. It is also proposed to replace the 3rd floor windows. COA attached.

It is proposed to temporarily stucco the degraded brick walls on the south wall and south tower. This waterproofing is necessary to stop the water damage until the church is ready to restore the façade.
