Appeal of applicant Penn Venture Capital LLC and Greenhouse Development
LP, for a Special Exception approval to construct and operate a
Residential Treatment Facility. The applicant is proposing a 47-bed
facility offering voluntary inpatient substance abuse rehabilitation
programs in the new building. The applicant is also seeking an interpretation
of Articles 1319.03.a.4, 1319.03.c and 1319.03.f: as shown on the
plan, the Board shall determine if the entrance aisle width complies,
if the entrance aisle is an existing, non-conforming entrance aisle
and can continue to exist, or, in the alternative the applicant
seeks a Variance. Required width of entrance and exit aisles: 25’;
