Appeal of applicant Wesley Jun for a Use Variance to allow a single family dwelling without a commercial use on the premises. The property is located in the CB – Commercial/Central Business zoning district which allows residential uses if there is a commercial use also on the premises. Applicant removed the commercial use. [Article 1305.01.a] Record lot area: 76’ X 121’ CB – Commercial Zoning District

2. 1456 Philip Street
Appeal of Keystone Country Building Group for Use Variances to construct a single family dwelling on slopes up to 35%. A variance is needed for the minimum lot size requirement: required: 4 acres; proposed: 4,008 sq.ft. A variance is also needed for the maximum impervious coverage: required: 10% maximum; proposed 40%. [Article 1316.01]
Record lot area: 4,008 square feet RS – Residential Zoning District
