Appeal of equitable owner Penn Venture Capital LLC on behalf of
Center Street Development, LLC, for a Special Exception approval
to construct and operate a Residential Treatment Facility. The applicant
is proposing a 28-bed facility offering voluntary inpatient substance
abuse rehabilitation programs in the new building. [1305.02(c)(1),
1325.07, 1325.08 (j) and (k)]

2. 2349 Linden Street
Appeal of applicant Penn Venture Capital LLC and Greenhouse Development
LP, for a Special Exception approval to construct and operate a
Residential Treatment Facility. The applicant is proposing a 47-bed
facility offering voluntary inpatient substance abuse rehabilitation
programs in the new building. A 10’ setback is required between
parking spaces and a property line in a residential zone; 5’
is proposed. Width of entrance and exit drives shall be 25’
for 2 way use; 18’ is proposed. [1305.02(c)(1), 1325.07, 1325.08
(j) and (k), 1319.03(f), and 1319.03.c.2]]
