Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will have a meeting in
TOWN HALL, 10 E. CHURCH STREET Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 7:00 PM
for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

1. 2224 Industrial Drive
Appeal of Lamar Advertising of Allentown on behalf of the Owner, Chon and Kun Lam for Variances to erect a 672 sq. ft. off-premises electronic changing message sign. The Variances requested are to Article 1320.09.b.3.i, maximum height permitted: 25’ above the grade of Route 22; proposed: 60 ft. Article 1320.07.s Minimum distance between electronic changing message signs is 1,000’ proposed distance: 508.94’. In the alternative, the applicant is seeking to erect a 672sq. ft. off-premises static sign and is requesting a variance to Article 1320.09.b.3.i, maximum height permitted: 25’ above the grade of Route 22; proposed: 60 ft. Appeal of David Burian for a dimensional Variance to construct an enclosed porch on the rear of his residence. Required rear setback: 35’; proposed rear setback: 12’. Article 1306.01.a.2.

4. 1210 Linden Street
Appeal of Rachel E. Haddad, equitable owner, for an appeal of the Zoning Officer’s decision. Applicant is requesting that the building be determined to be a two-unit semi-detached dwelling. In the alternative, applicant seeks a Variance to allow a two-unit building with insufficient lot area per dwelling unit. Required lot area: 3,000 sq.ft. per dwelling unit, total: 6,000 sq.ft. Proposed: 1,050 sq.ft. TOTAL lot area. [Articles 1323.03 and 1306.04.
