Appeal of Lamar Advertising of Allentown on behalf of the Owner,
Chon and Kun Lam for Variances to erect a 672 sq,ft, off-premises
electronic changing message sign. The Variances requested are to
Article 1320.09.b.3.i, maximum height permitted: 25’ above
the grade of Route 22; proposed: 60 ft. Article 1320.07.s Minimum
distance between electronic changing message signs is 1,000’
proposed distance: 508.94’. In the alternative, the applicant
is seeking to erect a 672sq. ft. off-premises static sign and is
requesting a variance to Article 1320.09.b.3.i, maximum height permitted:
25’ above the grade of Route 22; proposed: 60 ft. [Article1320.09.b.3.i;
