Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will have a meeting in TOWN HALL, 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday February 22, 2012 at 7:00 PM for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

Appeal of property owners Dean and Amy Rinehart for a Variance to establish a Home Occupation (individual and marriage counseling) in their residence and convert the existing guest house (a permitted accessory use), at rear, into a second dwelling unit, which is not permitted in the RS Zoning District. The proposed rear accessory dwelling unit also contains insufficient side and rear yard setbacks.. [Articles 1305.02(a), 1302.02, 1302.43,1325.06, 1318.01]
