2. WAIVER/DEFERRAL REQUEST

A. (06-002S) MINSI RIDGE MAJOR SUBDIVISION PLAN SIDEWALK WAIVER AND OR DEFERRAL REQUEST, James and Aaron Streets, RT Zone, plan dated March 14, 2006 and last revised August 21, 2007.

Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley is requesting a waiver OR deferral of sidewalk along the north side of James Street and the west side of Aaron Street.

3. ZONING AMENDMENTS

A. Creation of Chapter 1321, Landmark and Historic Resources.

B. Amendment of Chapters 1302 and 1319, Commercial and Recreational Vehicles in Residential Zoning Districts.

C. Amendment of Section 1304.04, Reuse of Corner Commercial Uses Allowed in the RT and RG Districts.
