4. DEFERRAL REQUEST

A. (06-002S) MINSI RIDGE MAJOR SUBDIVISION PLAN SIDEWALK DEFERRAL REQUEST, James and Aaron Streets, RT Zone, plan dated March 14, 2006 and last revised August 21, 2007.

Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley is requesting the deferral of sidewalk along the north side of James Street and the west side of Aaron Street.

5. ZONING AMENDMENT

A. Update Chapter 1317, Floodway and Floodfringe Areas, to comply with updated PA Model Ordinance.
