A. (12-001S) THE MEADOWS TOWNHOMES SUBDIVISION PLAN – NE CORNER OF EAST BOULEVARD AND CHESTER ROAD, Ward 14, Zoned RS, Plan dated March 9, 2012 and last revised July 27, 2012
Submission Date: 04-04-12 Expiration Date: 08-31-12
The applicant proposes to subdivide a 17.662 acre lot to create 16 new lots. The 17th lot, containing 16.192 acres, will remain with the existing 168 apartments and 8 townhouses. The 16 new lots will be developed with 4 sets of townhouses with 4 in each set.

B. MOUNTAIN PARK CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY – 1100 Block of William Street – The developer requests relief from installing a 4’ wide pedestrian pathway along the entire William Street frontage.

C. (12-007LD) BETHLEHEM MEWS LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – 1838 Center Street, Ward 14, Zoned I, Plan dated April 4, 2012

The above-referenced land development plan and cover letter dated April 11, 2012 are being submitted for review and comments. The applicant proposes to build four, 3-story apartment buildings with 85 dwelling units and 165 parking spaces on a 5 acre lot.
