The applicant proposes to demolish the existing Jack Jones Building and construct a 3 story, 17,040 square foot medical office building with 38 parking spaces on a .4154 acre lot. Offsite parking spaces for this lot at are being submitted as a separate Minor Land Development Plan at 532 4th Avenue.

B. (12-001MLD) –532 4th AVENUE PARKING LOT MINOR LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – RT Zoning District, Ward 12, Block 9B, Plan dated April 5, 2012 and last revised June 28, 2012
Submission Date: 05-09-12 Expiration Date: 08-15-12
This plan proposes the paving of an existing gravel parking lot for 34 spaces on a .2184 acre lot. These parking spaces will provide off street parking for the proposed medical office building at 325 W. Broad Street.
