It is proposed to replace the existing vinyl siding with panels that match the previously approved façade at 427 E. 4th Street, to install lettering on the transoms above the doors and to install a projecting sign to the front of the building.

It is proposed to change the lettering on the existing sign to reflect a name change. The lettering will be the same size, design and color.
