1. 521 E. Fourth Street
It is proposed to add an elevator shaft to the rear of the building and convert the loading docks into a lobby for the second floor tenants. New doors, signage and lighting will be installed to the Evans Street Façade.

2. 700 Evans Street
It is proposed to install two wall mounted, non-illuminated signs, one on the Evans Street frontage and one on the Buchanan Street frontage. The signs measure 114” by 23”. The applicant also proposes to repair the rear porch and replace windows as indicated on the attached description.

It is proposed to install vinyl lettering on the three front windows.
