It is proposed to repaint peeling paint on windows and trim in the existing color, repair and repoint the masonry work, coat the roof with an aluminumized coating, replace or repair existing flashing, repair sash and framing of wooden windows (15) and repair the main entrance steps and porch.

It is proposed to remove slate roof on rear of home and replace with black IKO roofing. It is also proposed to remove the metal roof on the rear side porch and replace with rubber roofing.
