1. 77 W. Broad Street, Unit 11C (Guetter Street entrance)
It is proposed to install vinyl signage to store front window and door and to install a two-sided hanging sign.

It is proposed to replace the corrugated steel garage roof with artificial slate.

3. 534 Main Street
It is proposed to remove and replace the old rubber roof and install metal copings and edgings.
(Roofing has been done due to water damage)

It is proposed to place approximately 80 solar panels on the roof in a location not visible from the street.

It is proposed to keep the existing floral design that is painted on the corners of the windows. The “Foo Foo Shop” signage was approved at an earlier meeting.
