Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will
have a meeting in TOWN HALL, 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem,
PA, on Wednesday April 27, 2011 at 7:00 PM for the purpose
of hearing the following appeals.

1. 416 Carlton Avenue
Appeal of owners Don and Heidi Caldwell for a dimensional
variance from sight triangle requirements to construct a 9’
wide driveway on a residential lot. Required sight triangle
8’ – proposed 0’ one side; approx. 2’
second side. The applicant further challenges the Zoning Officer’s
determination that the sight triangle measurement is measured
from the property boundaries, and proposes that this measurement
be from the porch protruding onto the street right-of-way.

Appeal of applicant Mary’s Shelter for a Special Exception
