Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will have a meeting in TOWN HALL, 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday February 9, 2011 at 7:00 PM for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.
Please note this is the hearing which was cancelled on January 26, 2011.

1. 1849 Auburn Street
Appeal of Christian Scheuermann for a dimensional variance from the yard width requirements to construct a two-family detached dwelling on a single lot. Required width 50’ – proposed 44’.

2. 454 Carlton Avenue
Appeal of Hyoungjoon Park for a dimensional variance from the yard width requirements to convert a single family detached dwelling to a two-family dwelling. Required width 50’ – proposed 40’ (20% variance). Special exception conditions for conversion of any dwelling to a two (2) family or multi-family dwelling - the yard, building area, and other applicable requirements for the district shall not be reduced. 3. 444 Montclair Avenue
Appeal of lessee Katiera and Andrea Dority for a Special Exception to conduct a Child Day Care Center for up to 178 children. This is the previous Holy Ghost School site. Due to a rearrangement of parking spaces to improve flow and safety, a variance for aisle width is requested for 60° angle parking. Required – 18’, requested – 17’. Further, a variance from the stall length is requested. Required – 19’, requested 16’6”. [Article 1306.02(c), 1307.02(c), 1308.02(c) 1325.07, 1319.03(a)(2) and (a)(3)]
