1. 2178 Allwood Drive
Appeal of owner Pamela G. Rodweller for a rear yard setback dimensional variance to construct an addition to the residence. Required – 30’, proposed 25’ [Article 1306.03, Table A-1, 1325.06]

2. 530-534 High Street
Appeal of owner James R. Baggest for a dimensional variance for lot area per dwelling unit. The subject parcel contains a single family home and a multifamily structure with 21 dwelling units. The applicant has applied to subdivide the property, and the resulting multifamily Lot 2 is deficient. Required area per dwelling – 2,000 SF, proposed – 499 SF. [Article 1311.03, Table A-3, 1325.06]

3. 419-429 Hayes Street
Appeal of equitable owner Housing Development Corporation MidAtlantic (HDC) for various dimensional variances to enable a multifamily redevelopment project on the St. Stanislaus Church property. Applicant proposes a 3 ½ to 4 story, 36 unit workforce housing project that will require demolition of the Rectory structure but preserve the Church as resident and community meeting space. Parking variances are also requested. Required area per dwelling unit – 900 SF, proposed - 800 SF; required max. bldg. coverage – 40%, proposed - 60%; required front setback (3 front yard setbacks) - 15’ ea., proposed – 6’ ea.; required rear yard setback – 20’, proposed - 6’; required front yard setback for unenclosed porch – 10’, proposed – 0’; required “uncovered” porches, proposed “covered” porches; required parking spaces – 62, proposed – 11 on-site and 25 off-site.
