2. LAND DEVELOPMENT AND SUBDIVISION PLANS

A. SAUCON SQUARE LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN. West side of Fire Lane.
The Developer requests an extension of time for substantial completion of improvements. The plans were originally approved in August of 2005. An extension was previously granted at the April 4, 2010 Planning Commission meeting until August 22, 2011.

3. PRESENTATION OF THE EASTERN GATEWAY VISION STUDY – Prepared by the City of Bethlehem and Community Action Development Corporation of Bethlehem with funding through South Side Vision 2014. The Eastern Gateway study targets the immediate area surrounding 4th and William Streets, including the Route 412 corridor, the skate plaza, the Greenway and the nearby commercial and residential neighborhoods.

4. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN 2012 – 2016
