3. LAND DEVELOPMENT AND SUBDIVISION PLANS

A. (11-003MLD) – SANDS EMPLOYEE PARKING LOT LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – Founders Way and E. Second Street, IR Zone, Plan dated July 1, 2011
Submission Date: 07-07-11 Expiration Date: 10-12-11
This plan proposes an 811 space parking lot for the employees of the Sands Casino and Hotel on a 10.8 acre lot.

B. (11-002MLD&S) – SKYWAY TOWERS CELL TOWER MINOR LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – 2005 Chester Road, Institutional Zone, Plan dated May 11, 2011 and last revised June 10, 2011
This plan proposes the placement of six panel-style antennas on a 122’ monopole with 3 equipment cabinets at the base on a 10’ x 16’ concrete pad.

C. (10-002S) JAMES STREET 4 LOT MINOR SUBDIVISION PLAN,
NW corner of James and Aaron Streets, RM Zone, plans dated September 20, 2010 and last revised December 22, 2010
Submission Date: 09-23-10 Expiration Date: 08-18-11
The plan proposes to subdivide the parcel into four lots to construct single family detached dwellings with a shared driveway and a single entrance onto Aaron Street. This plan is before the Commission only for discussion of the access to the lots from either Ripley Street (an unopened rear alley) or from a shared private driveway.

D. (10-005LD) –APPLEBUTTER VILLAGE LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND WAIVER REQUESTS, 1104 Applebutter Road, RG Zone, Plan dated July 1, 2010 and last revised July 14, 2011

This plan proposes 58 manufactured homes and 132 parking spaces on an 11.8 acre lot.

E. (11-002LD&S) –BROOKSIDE DRUG, ALCOHOL AND PSYCHIATRIC FACILITY LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN, 1838 CENTER STREET, Zoned I, Plans dated December 20, 2010 and last revised January 12, 2011

This plan proposes to construct a 4-story, 125 bed, inpatient drug and alcohol detoxification center and psychiatric hospital with 46 parking spaces on a 5 acre lot.
