The plan proposed a 1,350,000 sq. ft warehouse with 406 parking spaces and 695 tractor trailer spaces located on a 107.3 acre lot.

B. (10-002S) JAMES STREET 4 LOT MAJOR SUBDIVISION PLAN,
NW corner of James and Aaron Streets, RM Zone, Ward 16, plans dated September 20, 2010 and last revised December 22, 2010

The plan proposes to subdivide the parcel into four lots to construct single family detached dwellings with a shared driveway and a single entrance onto Aaron Street.
